1 SOLUTION

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services made available on or through http://www.1solution.in and/or the 1 Solution mobile app (collectively, the “Platform”, and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the “Services”).

These Terms also include our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), and any guidelines, additional, or supplemental terms, policies, and disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”). The Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Terms form an integral part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms with respect to applicable Services, the Supplemental Terms will prevail.

The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between 1 Solution (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered address at 1103, Floor-11th, Rehab Bldg 2, Mahalaxmi View Coop HSG Ltd, Keshavrao Khadye Marg, Mahalaxmi Bridge, Tardeo, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400034, India, and its affiliates) (“1 Solution”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, a user of the Services (“you” or “Customer”).

By using the Services, you represent that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms. By continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• The Services enable customers to arrange and schedule home-based services with independent service providers (“Workers”).
• Workers are solely responsible and liable for the services they provide.
• The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use and is intended for use within India only.
• 1 Solution may communicate with you via SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding bookings, services, or promotions.
• Identification proof may be required to access Services.

• You must create an account and be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided must be accurate and updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You are liable for all activities under your account.
• You agree to receive communications related to services and payments.

• You are responsible for content you upload or share.
• You grant 1 Solution a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content.
• You waive moral rights related to such content.
• Content violating Terms may be removed.
• Personal data is handled as per Privacy Policy.

• Account creation is mandatory.
• Accurate personal details are required.
• Inaccurate information may lead to suspension.

• Minimum one-month subscription required.
• Fees are non-refundable except by law.
• Inactive subscriptions may stop services.
• Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

• 1 Solution acts as an intermediary.
• Fees are collected from subscribers.
• Workers are paid by the 5th of each month.
• No direct payments between customers and workers.
• Payments follow laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

• No discrimination against workers.
• Customers must provide a safe environment.
• Abusive behavior may cause termination.
• Worker misconduct must be reported within 48 hours.

• All information must be truthful.
• Cooperate in legal proceedings.
• User Content must not violate laws, be offensive, or threaten public order.

• All IP belongs to or is licensed to 1 Solution.
• User feedback may be used freely.

• Services provided “as is”.
• No guarantee on worker quality.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Solution from claims arising from use or violation of these Terms.

• Governed by Indian laws.
• Mumbai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Disputes resolved via arbitration in Mumbai.
